All returns must start within 3-7 days of the purchase date, depending on the trial period.

After receiving your return request. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your inquiry to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
• After the trial period ends, we cannot return the 1st monthly payment.
• Yearly subscription will have 14 days from the purchase date for a refund of 11 months. However, the first month is eligible for return (cancellation) during the trial period, and to the maximum of 14 days from the purchase is subject to approval. After the trial period, 1st month is deducted at highest current monthly rate.
• Subscription can be cancelled at any time. After payment is processed, the monthly charge will stand. No exceptions.
